Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Thank you for choosing Flair Cuisine LLC. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and are committed to providing exceptional food and professional service. To ensure proper planning and scheduling, please review our cancellation and deposit policy below.

1. Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your event date, food order, concession service, or other requested services.

All deposits are non-refundable once received.

Deposits reserve your requested date and allow Flair Cuisine to begin scheduling, planning, purchasing, and preparing for your order or event.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation or service request, cancellations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled event or service date.

Requests received less than 72 hours before the scheduled date may not be eligible for any credit or transfer due to preparation costs and scheduling commitments.

3. Postponements & Date Changes

If you need to postpone your event, we ask that you notify us at least 72 hours in advance whenever possible.

Subject to availability, your non-refundable deposit may be transferred and applied toward one future event or service date.

Transferred deposits must generally be used within 12 months of the original event date unless otherwise agreed in writing by Flair Cuisine.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event details, including the event date, location, estimated guest count, and any requested changes in a timely manner.

Failure to provide necessary information may impact our ability to deliver services as requested.

5. Changes to Orders

Requests to modify menu selections, quantities, service details, pickup times, or delivery arrangements should be submitted as early as possible.

While Flair Cuisine will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, modifications requested close to the scheduled service date cannot be guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested changes.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Flair Cuisine understands that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise.

Any exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Flair Cuisine’s sole discretion.
